Contingency Recruitment

This is when we operate a ‘no hire, no fee’ basis.  The client only compensates once we successfully introduce a candidate, who is then subsequently offered a role and is employed with the client.  

This strategy is often used by our clients wishing to fill mid-level to lower level positions and is a search style service that is invoiced on the start date of the candidate.

Retained Executive Search

A higher end agreement offering exclusivity, dedicated time and superior expertise in order to fill senior level roles.  Compensation is executed in three parts over an agreed timeframe.  The initial as a retainer to initiate the search, the second at a milestone date during the search and the final payment upon the candidates  acceptance of the role.

Short Term Contract Employment

Offers flexibility to both employee and employer whereby employees are engaged only for a specific period of time, including temporary, fixed-term or project based contracts.
